US President Donald Trump says the US has “almost” completed the suspension of intelligence sharing with Ukraine and now expects positive results from upcoming talks with Ukrainian diplomats in Saudi Arabia.
“We’ve almost done it. We almost did it,” the president said.
U.S. officials will meet with a Ukrainian delegation in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday, specifically to determine whether Ukraine is willing to make concessions to Russia to end the war, Reuters noted. According to Trump, “we’re going to make a lot of progress this week.”

So the plan is to basically pause all intelligence sharing with Ukraine and then expect them to be all smiles and ready to give up territory?
