According to preliminary data, at the time of the explosion, the serviceman was leaving the entrance. In the house opposite the glass in the apartments on the first three floors was blown out.
The car was blown up with an improvised explosive device. It was planted inside near the gas-cylinder equipment, and was activated remotely at the moment of the general’s exit from the entrance.
