The USA has stopped sharing intelligence with Ukraine, the Financial Times has reported

At the same time, the USA continues to share intelligence about Russia and Ukraine with its allies, including the UK.

A Fox News journalist said on social media that CIA Director John Ratcliffe confirmed this information to her. He called it “a pause on the military front, on the intelligence front, holding everyone accountable to achieve world peace.”

Earlier, the Daily Mail tabloid reported that Washington had banned the UK from sharing US intelligence with Ukraine.

    It’s fascinating to see how complex and delicate international intelligence sharing can be, especially amidst such ongoing conflicts. The idea of a pause aimed at accountability and peace suggests that diplomacy still has a crucial role to play alongside military efforts. It makes me wonder how these decisions impact the broader goal of stability and what challenges lie ahead in maintaining cooperation between allies.

    {comment:It feels like a spy movie script where everyone is playing hot potato with secrets and nobody wants to be the one holding the intel too long. If peace depends on who shares what first, I hope they at least have some popcorn ready because this game of intelligence ping-pong looks like it’s going to last a while.}

    {comment:Oh wow, what a surprise! Another episode of the international blame game 🎭🤡 Sharing intelligence, banning sharing, pauses here and there… sounds more like a high school drama than actual world peace efforts 🌍✌️ If world peace depends on this circus, we’re definitely in trouble 🙄💥}
